General Terms and Conditions The following general information out-lines the terms and conditions under which BEER TRAVEL & TOURS will operate. Acceptance of booking con-firmation represents acceptance of the terms and conditions as follows:

Reservations and Confirmations Reservations have to be made in writing and are subject to availability. After a reservation has been made BEER TRAVEL & TOURS will provide a confirmation that will as well be sent in writing.

Deposit and Payments No deposit is required, except for Octoberfest and special trade fairs, depending on the booking conditions of the hotels and companies providing services purchased.

Final payment is due no later one month prior to departure. Failure to meet the deadline can result in release of the reservation space

For bookings made within four weeks before departure, full payment is due immediately

Cancellation Policy Cancellation have to be made in writing and are only valid with a written cancel-lation confirmation by BEER TRAVEL & TOURS. Cancellation fees will apply as follows: Up to 45 days prior to departure, all funds paid will be refunded. Cancellation charges are to be paid if cancellation is received - 44 to 30 days prior to departure: 10 % - 29 to 15 days prior to departure: 50 % - 14 to 4 days prior to departure: 75 % - later than 3 days: 100 %, no refund No refund for unused portions during the course of the tour.

Insurance is recommended The operator is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage and personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident, and/or illness. Please check for additional insurance to cover all risks concerned for the duration of your trip.

Termination for reasons of force majeure In case of relevant impediments, endangerings or impariments caused by unforeseeable circumstances as war impacts, political or social unrest, epidemics, administrative or judicial orders, natural disasters, destroying of accommodations or similar occurrences both parties are entitled to terminate the contract in compliance with these contractual terms. After a passenger’s termination the operator can demand reimbursement for services that have already been performed according to § 471 of the German BGB.

Deviations from the services stipulated in the contract Changes concerning the services booked by the passenger that become necessary after the conclusion of the contract and are not contrary to good faith can be performed by the operator if the travel’s general shape is not reduced considerably.

Saving Clause Invalidity of individual terms does not affect the validity of the remaining parts of the contract.

Court of Jurisdiction is Nuremberg / GERMANY
